The goal of the Silah Report working reference collection is to first and foremost provide SR researchers with functioning firearms and accessories to better facilitate research. Secondly, this collection will be available for any collector, historian, or researcher with a legitimate research focus to access when and if available. This isn’t a museum, nor is it a private collection being squandered away to one day be sold off at profit. The collection will be based in the United States and is thus limited to what is available on the U.S. commercial market and abides by all federal and state laws where applicable.
Currently, the collection is just starting, so is understandably very small. But as we grow the collection and diversify items within it, new items will be posted on the website in addition to listed here. Potential researchers are highly encouraged to contact SR writers if they are interested in engaging with the collection.
